We get paid two ways, depending on the job. On goods — no markup, no commission. You pay the direct factory price and see the real factory invoice. We are funded by China's 8–11% export VAT rebate, which the Chinese government refunds to the exporter of record when the goods ship. It is a government refund, not a kickback or commission paid by the factory, so it does not influence which supplier we recommend.

Most batches run $5,000 to $50,000, often consolidated across several factories, and single orders up to $200,000 are routine. There is no order too big — only orders too small to need an agent, and we will say so when that is the case.
Then you may not need us at all — see the honest answer above. If the product is high-risk or the factory is unverified, a one-off audit and pre-shipment inspection is often all you actually need, and we can do just that.
Yes — door-to-port or door-to-door, including export documentation, and we compare rail, overland and sea freight to tell you which actually lands cheaper for your cargo. Quotes, contracts and factory negotiations run in your language — we have run orders entirely in English, Russian and French.
Some factories have their own minimums. We negotiate them down on your behalf, or consolidate smaller quantities from several factories into one shipment — so the minimum stops being your problem.
