The Challenge

Setting up a medium-scale copper ore processing plant in a remote African location presents a logistical and technical nightmare. The client needed a system capable of handling high-hardness copper ore with a consistent output of 200 tons per hour.

Crucially, sourcing individual machines from different factories would risk compatibility issues and assembly delays. They needed a single, accountable partner.

The Solution

We engineered a production flow, not just sourced machines. We consolidated equipment from three top-tier manufacturers (Specialized Crusher, Conveyor, Screen) into a unified system.

• Process Optimization: Reconfigured the secondary Cone Crusher chamber to specifically handle the client's high-grade ore hardness.
• Pre-Assembly: Critical motor mounts and conveyor frames were pre-assembled in China to minimize on-site welding work.
• Logistics Plan: Utilized 8x 40HQ containers with a detailed loading plan to ensure no parts were damaged during inland transport.

The Result

The plant was commissioned 3 weeks ahead of schedule. The integrated line is currently operating at 110% of designed capacity (approx. 220 TPH), providing the client with a faster ROI than projected.
