The Challenge
A construction firm in Peru purchased a fleet of Motor Graders. However, due to the post-pandemic surge in shipping rates, the cost for RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipping to South America skyrocketed.
The RORO quote was nearly $12,000 per unit, which was prohibitively expensive and threatened to blow the project's budget.

We implemented our "Containerization" strategy to switch from expensive RORO to standard 40HQ containers.
- Professional Dismantling: Our engineers expertly dismantled the oversized cabin, wheels, front blade, and rear ripper.
- Precision Loading: A motor grader is typically too long and wide for a container. By creating a custom steel frame inside the container, we positioned the chassis diagonally and nested the components around it.
- Re-assembly Support: We provided detailed color-coded labeling and video guides, allowing the client to re-assemble the machine in just 2 days.
