Sourcing Notes · Project Supply to Uzbekistan
A project list is rarely one product. It is two machines, forty kinds of tools, a pallet of safety gear and a box of spares. We buy each line from the factory that makes it, count everything in one warehouse, and send it to Tashkent under one invoice with us as the exporter.
One Exporter, One Set of Papers
Buying the same list yourself means a contract, a bank transfer and a set of export papers from every factory, and a broker in Tashkent clearing each of them.
With us you sign one proforma invoice and pay our company account. We sign the purchase contract with each factory in our own name, so if a factory falls short, we are the party that pursues it. The export declaration is filed with us as the exporter.
On container orders we add nothing to the factory price. Because we are the exporter, the export VAT rebate comes to us, and that is how we are paid.

categories on one invoice for a cattle feedlot in Senegal, from barn steel to a backup generator, each line bought from the factory that makes it.

Reading Your List
A mixed list goes wrong on details that have nothing to do with price: a welder built for the wrong voltage, a helmet with the wrong standard, a machine that does not fit the box. The last column is what we need from you to get each line right the first time.
| Line | What decides it | What to send us |
|---|---|---|
| Machines | Operating weight and what it has to fit into. Mini excavators and small loaders go inside a 40HQ container. A 20-ton class excavator is wider than the container door, so it travels on a flat rack or a rail platform and is booked separately from the cartons. | Model class or tonnage, attachments, and the site conditions |
| Power tools and welders | Voltage and plug. Uzbekistan runs 220 V at 50 Hz with European C and F plugs, and 380 V three-phase for industrial welding sets. Chinese tools already run on 220 V, 50 Hz, the same as in Uzbekistan; the plug and the three-phase connection are where orders slip. | Single or three-phase at the site, grid or generator |
| Safety gear | The standard your contract names. Helmets, boots and vests are made to different standards for different markets, and the marking is printed on the item itself. | The standard in your tender, and a size breakdown |
| Spares and consumables | The exact part number, or the diameter and grade for discs, bits and electrodes. A close match is a wrong part on site. | Part numbers, or a photo of the old part with its plate |
| Papers | Every line needs an HS code, net and gross weight and a country of origin on the packing list. Your customs broker in Tashkent clears the whole shipment from these documents. | The company name you clear under, and the certificates your broker asks for |
From List to Tashkent
Two payments, whatever the number of factories. What changes with a long list is the middle: the count before the balance. Every step, with dates from a real order, is on our process page.
Each line is quoted by factories that make it. You see the options side by side, choose, and confirm one PI for the whole list.
You pay 30%Machines built to order follow the factory's lead time, which is written on the PI before you pay anything. Until we pay a factory, your deposit comes back in full if you cancel.
Each factory delivers to a partner consolidation warehouse. We count cartons against the packing list and photograph the goods. If an inspection finds a problem, you choose what happens before any balance is asked for.
You pay 70% after you have seen the goodsThe shipment crosses into Kazakhstan at Khorgos or Dostyk, changes to the wider track at the border, and runs on through Kazakhstan into Uzbekistan. Rates and days by origin city are on our rail freight page; how machines are packed and booked is on our machinery shipping page.
Inside one container: a machine frame, loose parts, hoses and cartons, tied down together.
Straight Answers
Yes, as one order on one invoice and one packing list. Physically they travel apart: the machine on a flat rack or rail platform, the cartons in a container. Your broker clears them against the same invoice and packing list.
No. You pay our company account and we pay the factories. That is what lets us sign each factory contract in our name and be the one who chases a factory that falls short.
It depends on the slowest line: machines built to order follow the factory's lead time, which is written on the PI before you pay. Then comes the rail leg, which depends on the origin city; our guide to the rail corridors into Uzbekistan compares them.
You get the photos, the video and the finding the same day, with two options on the table: the factory fixes or replaces the line, or the terms change. The balance is not asked for until you have chosen.
Crates, a wrapped bundle of plates and black pipes laid out together before loading.
Next Step
Any of these works as a starting point:
We sort it by line, tell you which lines we can buy and from where, and list what we still need to know before we quote. If a line is cheaper or safer to buy in Tashkent, we say so and leave it off.
Buyers in Kazakhstan send lists the same way. So do project buyers in Africa, the Gulf and South America, where the shipment goes by sea instead of rail.
