Why A Cheap Barn Loses Weight Gain
Cattle put on weight when they're cool, watered, and fed a consistent ration — and stop when any one of those fails. In a hot climate, under-sized ventilation means heat stress and lost gain every afternoon. Too few waterers means competition and stress. No feed mixer means an inconsistent ration and poor feed conversion. The barn steel is the cheap part; the systems inside it are what make the money.

Profit in a feedlot is the gap between what a kilo of gain costs in feed and what the animal sells for. That gap is won or lost on the consistency of the ration — which is why the feed-processing chain matters more than the barn. A horizontal mixer blends a uniform ration; a pelletizer turns cheap local ingredients and crop residue into dense, storable feed; silage handling — the chaff cutter (also sold as a forage or silage chopper) plus bags and film — lets you buy roughage in season and feed it year-round.
We build that whole chain into the package — mixer, pelletizer, grinder and chaff cutter sized to your herd — and include the consumables like silage bags and film so you can run from day one. Sized for a herd rather than a few head: a chaff cutter bought for two cows is a different machine from the one that feeds a feedlot.

Inspection, Documents & Customs
Before the balance is paid we inspect the barn steel, the fans and pumps, the feed machines and the generator — and photograph the load. We prepare the full export pack: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the machinery documents your customs needs, with the conformity marks required in your market where they apply.
We trade on 50% advance payment and 50% by letter of credit. CIF includes marine insurance at about 110% of goods value. Import duty, VAT, port charges at destination, inland delivery beyond the port and on-site installation sit outside CIF terms and are not included.
