Apparel Sourcing · China
We walk the wholesale markets and garment factories for you — verify who actually makes the clothes, pull mixed styles from several suppliers into one inspected container, and you pay the maker's invoice exactly as issued. No markup hidden in your price: our income is China's 9–13% export VAT rebate, not a cut of your goods.
Guangzhou garment districts
Whole city blocks of ready-made stock: current styles, low minimums per style and colour, shipping within days. Built for boutiques and wholesalers who need breadth — 40 styles at 20 pieces each — rather than 5,000 of one design. The stall's margin is already in the price; what you're really buying is speed and choice.
Basics, accessories, promo wear
The world's largest small-commodity hub is also a clothing machine: socks, caps, scarves, printed tees and event wear at volume prices. Strongest when clothing rides in a mixed container with other goods. Quality varies stall to stall — checking is precisely the job.
Private label & OEM production
Your design, your label, your fabric spec — cut and sewn to order. Real factory pricing starts here, and so do real minimums and 30–45 day production after sample sign-off. The route for brands and uniform programmes, with on-site QC while your order is on the line.
One level deeper: the specialist map
Serious clothing price starts one step before the sewing line — at the fabric — and almost every garment category in China has a home town that does nothing else. Part of sourcing well is simply knowing which one, and buying fabric-close instead of from whichever trader sits nearest.
The world's largest fabric marketplace — where garment cost is actually decided, metre by metre.
The market that feeds the Pearl River Delta's workshops with cloth, zips, buttons and lace.
One of the world's biggest denim clusters — cutting, washing and finishing under one town's roof.
A machine-knitting town: yarn in one end, finished sweaters out the other.
Down jackets and winter outerwear at every fill weight and price point.
China's children's-wear capital — thousands of workshops doing nothing else.
"Sock city" — a meaningful share of the socks on Earth start here.
Quanzhou's sport and casual belt, from performance fabrics to finished lines.
When you send us a style list, this map is the first thing we put it against — your category gets sourced in its own cluster, where the makers, the fabric and the honest prices actually live.
Most orders we run mix all three routes — factory-made core styles, market stock for breadth, Yiwu for accessories — consolidated into one container, one inspection, one set of export documents.
The fabric-weight math — a worked example
Plus a season of "this feels cheaper than last time" from your own customers. A fabric scale at mid-production catches it in thirty seconds — which is why our inspections weigh garments, not just count them.
The other two leaks we close:
The "factory" that's a trader — two steps from the sewing line, each step adding a cut and subtracting accountability. We check the licence and walk the actual workshop before you commit a deposit.
Five suppliers, no owner — knits here, denim there, five deposits, five quality standards, nobody responsible for the whole container. That coordination is exactly the job we take over.
The volume backbone
T-shirts, polos, hoodies, underwear and everyday knits. Fabric weight (gsm) is the spec that decides quality here — it is the number we put a scale on at inspection, per the maths above.
Request This LineWhere corners get cut
Jeans, jackets, coats and heavier construction. Wash consistency and stitching density are where cheap suppliers save money quietly — and where standing in the workshop pays for itself.
Request This LineBought as a programme
Hi-vis, coveralls, corporate uniforms and site workwear — sized rollouts with reflective-tape and stitching checks before anything ships, then re-orders that match the first batch.
Request This LineChina jersey supplier — a route of its own
Clubs, schools and event organisers buy jerseys from China because a fully sublimated custom kit costs a fraction of branded retail. The workshops that do it well are a niche of their own — and a crisp kit is decided at the print stage, before sewing starts.
Dozens of styles from several clothes suppliers in China at once — a boutique, chain or wholesaler restocking
We add valueYour design and label, produced as a private-label run — with measured size sets and mid-production checks
We add valueCompany workwear or uniforms bought as a sized programme
We add valueTeam kits and event shirts — custom jerseys, printed and packed per team
We add valueA few single pieces for personal use — a retail marketplace serves this faster and cheaper than any agent can
Doesn't need usDrop-shipped one parcel at a time — that is a fulfilment platform's job, and we will say so rather than take a fee for it
Doesn't need usAn agent fee has to earn itself on every order. When this one doesn't, we tell you in the first reply — with a pointer to where it is better served.
A spreadsheet of styles, photos to match, or a full tech pack — any of the three starts the job, with quantities and destination country.
Market stalls, Yiwu vendors or garment factories, matched to your quantities. Licence checked, workshop walked, export record confirmed before any deposit.
The maker's invoice as issued, plus freight, duty and our service fee as separate lines — a true landed cost you can compare against any other quote.
Pre-production samples couriered to you; for sized runs, a measured size set against your chart. Bulk waits for your sign-off.
Garments measured mid-production, fabric weighed, stitching and print checked to the agreed AQL before cartons close.
Every supplier's cartons into one warehouse, one container with loading photos, full export document set — sea, rail or air, costed both ways.
Where does our money come from? China pays the exporter of record a 9–13% export VAT rebate on most goods, clothing included. That rebate plus the visible service fee is our income — not a kickback from any factory, so we have no reason to push you toward one maker over another.
Why XILINK
We walk the line that builds your order — the workshop floor and the market stall, not the showroom. What we report is what we stood in front of.
Independent by structure — paid by the export VAT rebate and a fee you see, never by suppliers. Our only incentive is that your container arrives right.
Built for multi-supplier orders — your buying office in China for orders that span more factories and stalls than you can manage from abroad.
Deals run in your language — quotes, contracts and factory negotiations in the buyer's own language, with more than a decade of China export work behind them.
Clothing Sourcing FAQ
It depends on the route. Wholesale market stock can start at tens of pieces per style and colour. Factory production of your own design typically starts in the hundreds of pieces per design. Part of our first reply is telling you which route your quantities actually fit — before you spend anything.
Yes — that is the core of the service. We collect cartons from every supplier on your order into one warehouse, check them against the packing list, and load one container with one set of export documents. Mixing knits, denim, workwear and accessories in a single shipment is normal, not an exception.
Yes. For market stock we courier the actual garments you would be buying. For custom production you approve a pre-production sample — and for sized runs, a measured size set against your chart. Bulk production does not start until you have signed the sample off.
Clothing imports live and die on labelling: fibre content, care symbols and origin marking in the format your destination market requires. We confirm your country's requirements at quote stage, have labels made and sewn in during production, and include the supporting paperwork in the export document set.
China pays the exporter of record a 9–13% export VAT rebate on most goods, clothing included. That rebate, plus a transparent service fee you see as its own line, is our income. It is not a kickback from any factory — which is exactly why we can recommend whichever maker is genuinely best for your order.
Market and stock orders can be collected and consolidated within one to two weeks. Custom factory production typically runs 30–45 days after sample approval, depending on quantities and season. Add the shipping leg — sea, rail or air, costed both ways — and we give you a dated schedule in the quote, not a guess.
