A batching plant is an oversized, multi-crate shipment, so freight and EAC certification into a landlocked market matter as much as the factory price. The model code (e.g. HZS90 = 90 m³/h) is a theoretical perfect-cycle number. Real effective output on site — with wet aggregate, real loading and discharge — is typically lower (often 60–70 on an HZS90). We size on your real effective output for your mix and schedule, and confirm it in writing before production rather than letting you buy on the brochure number.
A stationary plant suits a fixed ready-mix (РБУ) operation or a long project at one location — higher output, lower cost per m³. A mobile plant trades some capacity for the ability to relocate with the job, which suits contractors moving between sites. Transit mixer drums are commonly 6–12 m³, on chassis such as HOWO, Shacman or SANY-class. The right combination depends on your haul distance, road conditions and the legal axle load at your destination. We match the drum and chassis to how you'll actually use the truck, not just the biggest drum.
A trailer (line) pump is lower cost and pumps through pipeline to where you need it — good for steady, planned pours. A truck-mounted boom pump places concrete directly via an articulated boom, much faster for high or hard-to-reach pours. The decision is driven by your pour height, access and how often you move.
