Concrete Admixtures · Mortar Additives · From China
There is no universal dosage. A superplasticizer that holds slump in a temperate lab can lose it by lunchtime at your 40°C batching plant — because open time, water retention and slump life are set by your cement, your formula and your climate, not by a datasheet. So we build the admixture package around your product line and your weather, then lock it lot by lot.

Why Buying Admixtures Is Different
A construction chemical does not have one correct dose — it has your correct dose. The same polycarboxylate that gives clean 90-minute slump retention in a European ready-mix trial can flash-set on a 42°C Gulf morning; the same cellulose ether that holds open time in a humid climate lets a tile adhesive skin over before the tiler reaches the far wall in dry desert heat. Cement chemistry, sand, water and a 30°C swing between shifts are all yours — none of it is on the additive's spec sheet, yet all of it decides whether the additive works.
The second risk is quieter and more expensive: batch drift. A dry-mix mortar plant blends the same recipe thousands of times a month, so a cellulose ether two viscosity points low, or a redispersible powder cut with filler, does not fail one bag — it fails a production run. Your whole line's output rides on the admixture arriving identical, lot after lot.
So this page does not sell a bag of powder off a catalogue. It starts from your product line, reads across to the admixture combination that line needs, tilts the package for your climate and locks it against a retained sample — because in construction chemicals, the grade is only as good as its consistency.
Find Your Product Line → Read Your Package
Find the mortar or concrete you make on the left. Read across for the cellulose ether, polymer powder, water reducer and set-control admixture that line usually calls for — plus the performance target you are chasing. Every admixture name links to the product page where you pick the exact grade. These are the starting points; your cement and climate settle the final dosage.

Water Reducer
PCE and SNF matched to your mix and climate.
Cellulose Ether
HPMC by viscosity grade, measured onto the COA.
Polymer Powder
RDP by copolymer type and Tg — proven on film.
Four Admixtures, One Container
Each admixture does one job in the mix, and a dry-mix plant usually blends two or three together. Pick the grade on the product page — they all ship from one supplier, in one container, with one set of documents.
Water reducer · high range
The high-range water reducer for modern concrete and self-levelling — more workability at less water, tuned for reduction or slump retention. The problem it fixes: flow without weakening the mix. Cement compatibility is everything.
View grades & specsWater reducer · workhorse
The cost-effective water reducer still dominant in hot, price-sensitive markets. The problem it fixes: workable concrete where PCE is overkill. Watch the sodium sulphate content — it is where cheap SNF hides.
View grades & specsCellulose ether
Gives dry-mix mortar its water retention, open time and anti-sag body. The problem it fixes: mortar that dries before it bonds. The viscosity grade — not the brand — sets the behaviour.
View grades & specsPolymer powder
Adds flexibility, adhesion and water resistance to tile adhesive, render and self-levelling. The problem it fixes: brittle, non-cohesive mortar. Polymer type and Tg are chosen by application.
View grades & specsYour Climate Band Tilts The Package
A package that performs in a temperate factory is not the package for equatorial heat or a continental winter. From the Gulf and equatorial Africa to the highland winters of Central Asia and the Andes, temperature decides how fast cement sets, how quickly mortar loses water, and whether an admixture even survives storage. Tell us your climate band and we tilt the grades — here is which way.
Fast set, rapid slump loss, mortar that skins over — the package fights the heat.
Slow set, weak early strength, freeze risk — the package buys back the speed the cold takes.
Somewhere in between — a monsoon season, a desert with cold nights? Send your typical highs and lows and we tune the package to both.
Tune my package for my climateYour Whole Line Rides On It
A dry-mix mortar plant blends the same recipe thousands of times, so a drifting admixture does not spoil one bag — it spoils a run. Getting the grade right once is worthless if lot two is two viscosity points low. Here is how a construction chemicals order stays the same material, container after container.
Each production lot leaves with a sealed retained sample we hold on file. If a future batch behaves differently on your line, the argument is settled against a physical reference — not a memory or a promise.
Measured HPMC viscosity, RDP solid content and ash, PCE solid content and water-reduction rate — the values your mortar actually feels — on every lot's certificate against your locked spec, so you compare the same material, not the same acronym.
The batch you approve and put into production becomes the reference standard. Every repeat lot is checked against that golden sample before it ships — so scaling your line never means re-qualifying the additive from scratch.

Lock a consistent specReading The Quotes
There is no single "construction chemicals price". A high-viscosity HPMC for tile adhesive and a low-viscosity one for self-levelling are different products; a PCE package and an SNF package land in different price worlds. Your cost is set by the admixture package your line needs, the content grade of each additive, and your monthly consumption. When a quote looks impossibly cheap for the grade you specified, the usual explanation is not generosity — it is a lower viscosity, a filled polymer powder, or an SNF loaded with sodium sulphate.
We quote against your locked spec, name the factory, and put the measured values on every COA — so you compare the same material across suppliers, not the same three letters. Send your product line and monthly tonnage and we come back with a current-month reference price, never a number carved on a webpage.

Send Your Product Line & Monthly Tonnage — Reference Price In 24hThe four levers behind every quote
The admixture package
HPMC alone, or HPMC plus RDP plus a water reducer plus set control? Each additive is priced on its own market, so the number of pieces your line needs drives the basket more than any single unit price.
PCE vs SNF water reducer
PCE doses lower and performs harder but costs a multiple of SNF; SNF is cheaper per ton and still right for many hot-climate mixes. The right choice for your climate and budget swings this line item substantially.
Content & viscosity grade
HPMC viscosity, RDP solid content and polymer type, PCE solid percentage — the higher the specified grade, the higher the floor. "18-viscosity sold as 20" and "filler in the powder" are where the cheap quotes come from.
Powder vs liquid freight
Powder HPMC, RDP and spray-dried PCE ship dense; a 50% PCE mother liquor is half water. On a full container, whether you ship the active or the water it rides in changes the delivered cost.
Straight Answers
Start from the formula matrix above: your product line points to the cellulose ether, polymer powder, water reducer and set-control admixture it calls for. A tile adhesive typically needs HPMC (and RDP for a flexible C2), a self-levelling underlayment adds a PCE for flow, and ready-mix concrete needs a water reducer and set control but no cellulose ether. Send your recipe and monthly tonnage and we confirm the exact grades — the matrix is the starting point, your cement settles the rest.
Climate is built into the package. For hot sites we lean on slump-retention PCE, retarders and higher water-retention HPMC so the mix does not flash-set or skin over; for cold and high-altitude sites we use early-strength PCE, accelerators and antifreeze so concrete gains strength before the frost. Tell us your typical highs and lows and we tilt the grades — and you prove it on your own cement with a trial batch before committing to a container.
Yes — a full dry-mix mortar additive package consolidates into one container with a single set of shipping documents. HPMC, RDP, powder PCE and dry set-control additives are non-dangerous goods in bags, palletised together. Buying the whole package in one box is how mortar plants and blenders actually order, and it spreads the ocean freight across the whole load instead of paying it three or four times.
Three ways. Every lot leaves with a sealed retained sample we keep on file; every lot ships with a COA carrying measured values — HPMC viscosity, RDP solid content, PCE water-reduction rate — against your locked spec; and your approved first container becomes the golden sample every repeat lot is checked against. On request an independent third-party inspection verifies weights, packing and lot dates before your balance payment — so the additive that made your line work keeps arriving.
Common grades of HPMC, RDP, PCE and SNF are usually produced within 7–15 days of order confirmation; fresh stock is best for polymer powders and cellulose ethers, which lose performance with age. Ocean transit depends on your route and is confirmed with the quote. For repeat mortar-plant buyers we hold your spec on file and schedule shipments so your blending line never runs short of an additive.
