Send whatever you already have — a part number, a quotation, a factory name, a photo of the machine — and you get a real answer: a price, a verdict, or a plan.
You do not need a finished specification. Buyers write to us with one of these four things, and one message is usually enough for us to answer.
Not sure which of these you have? "I'm looking for a sourcing agent" is a complete message. Tell us that and where the goods should go — we take it from there.
The person who answers your message is the same person who walks these floors. When your question needs eyes on a machine, we go and look — and send you photos and video, not a forwarded brochure.

On goods, no. You pay the factory's own domestic price, VAT included, with nothing added — we are funded by China's export VAT rebate, paid to us as the exporter of record — not a kickback from any factory. What does cost money is time on site: factory audits, inspections and visit days are charged at $60 per person per day, agreed before we go. The full breakdown is on our fees page.
Yes — door-to-port or door-to-door. We handle export documentation, customs clearance and logistics, and we tell you the landed cost before you commit, not after.
Between 7:00 and 24:00 China time, seven days a week, Matt and the team read and reply personally — WhatsApp is the fastest channel. Write in the middle of our night and your message is the first thing answered in the morning. Either way you talk to a person, never a queue.
That is normal. A photo of the machine, a link to a similar product, or two sentences about what you need it to do is enough to start. Identifying products and finding who really makes them is a large part of what we do.
MOQ depends on the product, but we specialise in orders that are too small for factories to take seriously — most batches we run are $5,000–$50,000, often consolidated from several factories into one shipment. If your order is too small to be worth using us, we say so and tell you the cheaper way.
