When your car is outside its fence — and more cars are than the dealer map suggests. Officially retailed cars carry a 5-year / 100,000 km warranty: use it. But three documented groups sit outside: cars from the early importer era, caught in publicly documented disputes over whose warranty applies after the channel changed hands; grey imports, which the factory only covers through a paid contract — and only some qualify; and everything out of warranty, crash-damaged or far from a dealer. For those cars we do what this page shows: identify by number and VIN, source in China, document condition in writing, ship worldwide.

We will give you the honest map, not a sales pitch. The factory's paid warranty contract exists — from 135,000 rubles, for one year or for three years capped at 100,000 km — but only for cars imported before September 2024 with under 80,000 km, and it brings firmware updates, localisation and road assistance with the cover. If your car qualifies and you want whole-car cover, price it seriously. If it does not qualify — later import, higher mileage — or you need one part rather than a contract, that is what we are for: parts by number, VIN-checked, with condition and a 3-month warranty on tested take-offs stated in writing.

Probably nothing — except the alphabet. Russian listings mix Cyrillic and Latin lookalikes (N/H, A/A, V/B, S/C), and our own index carries three real rows published with Cyrillic letters inside otherwise Latin-looking numbers: N97C5006901AV, N97A3716002AD and H97S2803004AA. Retyped on a Latin keyboard, they become different strings and every text search goes empty. Copy the number verbatim — never retype it — and send a photo of the old part's label as backup. We normalise both alphabets on every inquiry, so a "wrong-alphabet" number never blocks an identification.

Yes — with the two honesty clauses each deserves. Air suspension: the Dream PHEV carries air springs front and rear per the official price list, and these parts are configuration-sensitive by axle, version and software — so we quote them strictly against the VIN and photos, never against a number alone. High-voltage: the index lists real packs at 73, 96 and 114 Ah plus the 11 kW onboard-charger inverter; we source them by number and VIN with condition documented, but anything with lithium cells moves under dangerous-goods rules — by sea or land freight, in weeks, not by courier — and fitting belongs in a workshop qualified for high-voltage work. We quote the real logistics before you commit.
